民用飞机货舱地板夹层结构基本力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以玻璃纤维织物增强改性环氧树脂预浸料作为面板,Nomex蜂窝为芯材的复合材料夹层结构为研究对象,实验研究了铺层方式、蜂窝高度、胶膜对夹层结构力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:铺层数量影响夹层结构的L和W向长梁弯曲强度,对于本研究的铺层组合,增加下面板铺层数量有利于提高L和W向长梁弯曲强度;增加上面板铺层数量可提高抗冲击强度;铺层数量对滚筒剥离强度基本无影响。芯材厚度增加可提高L和W向长梁弯曲强度;但对冲击强度和滚筒剥离强度基本无影响。不同胶膜对力学性能有一定影响,采用胶膜胶接有利于提高夹层结构长梁弯曲、剥离强度及冲击强度。 The composite sandwich structure with glass fiber fabric reinforced modified epoxy resin prepreg as the panel,and a type of Nomex honeycomb as the core material was used as the research object.The influence of layer method,honeycomb height and adhesive film on the mechanical properties of the sandwich structure were studied experimentally.The results show that the number of layers affects the L-and W-direction long beam flexure strength of the sandwich structure,the L-and W-direction long beam flexure strength increases with the increasing of the number of lower panel layer in this study,and the impact strength increases with the increasing of the number of upper panel layer.The number of layer has no effect on the climbing drum peel strength,and the honeycomb height can improve the L-and W-direction long beam flexure strength,but has no effect on impact strength and the climbing drum peel strength.Different adhesive films have a certain influence on mechanical properties,and the use of adhesive film can improve the long beam flexure strength,climbing drum peel strength and impact strength of the sandwich structure.
