摘要
在对某型飞机复合材料整流罩大修时发现,整流罩左侧部位出现大面积的穿透性损伤故障,严重影响复合材料结构件的服役及飞机的安全性。为了进行零部件的功能性修复,通过双层固化的修复方式对损伤结构进行修复,对损伤部位进行旧蜂窝切除,在待修复区填充相同规格新蜂窝,进行中温固化完成。通过这种修复方式,可降低因更换新件造成的经济费用,缩短零备件交付周期,为后续的复合材料结构件修复提供技术参考。
During the overhaul of the composite fairing of an aircraft,it was found that a large area of honeycomb damage fault occurred in the left fillet of the fair,which seriously affected the normal use of composite structural parts.In order to complete the functional repair of parts,it is necessary to cut off the damaged parts,fill new honeycomb in the damaged parts,and finally re-cure the inner and outer skin to complete the repair.The economic cost caused by replacing new parts is reduced,the delivery cycle of parts is shortened,and technical is provided for subsequent composite structural parts.
