基于博弈赋值的渡江工程信息保障指标价值系数研究

摘要 为科学测度渡江工程信息保障各项指标的重要性,提出了一种基于信息熵和反熵的渡江工程信息保障指标价值系数的博弈赋值分析方法。围绕渡江工程信息保障任务的关键节点和预期目标,设计渡江工程信息保障效能评价的指标体系;运用信息熵和反熵方法,从对立角度给出渡江工程信息保障指标价值系数,集成博弈方法与纳什均衡规则,对指标的信息熵、反熵两种价值系数进行非合作博弈均衡组合赋值,确定渡江工程信息保障指标价值系数。模型应用于渡江工程信息保障指标评价样本,挖掘样本隐含的指标价值系数信息,并以此为依据对渡江工程信息保障效能评价指标进行重要性排序。 In order to measure the importance of information guarantee indexes of the river crossing project scientifically,a game assignment analysis method based on information entropy and inverse entropy is proposed.Focusing on the key nodes and expected goals of information assurance task of the crossing river project,the index system of information assurance efficiency evaluation is designed.By using the method of information entropy and inverse entropy,the value coefficient of the information guarantee index of the river crossing project is given from the opposite Angle,and the non-cooperative game equilibrium combination of the information entropy and inverse entropy is given to determine the value coefficient of the information guarantee index of the river crossing project.The model is applied to the evaluation samples of information assurance index of the river crossing project,and the implicit index value coefficient information of the samples is mined.Based on this,the importance of the evaluation indexes of information assurance efficiency of the river crossing project is ranked.
