Hcy、FIB、D-D联合检测在急性脑梗死患者诊断中的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Combined Detection of Hcy,FIB and D-D in the Diagnosis of Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨联合检测D-二聚体(D-D)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)对急性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法选取宜兴市人民医院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的92例急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,另选择同期接收的92名健康体检人员作为对照组,均进行D-D、Hcy、FIB联合检测,比较两组检测结果。结果研究组D-D(670.59±100.12)ng/mL、Hcy(21.34±3.35)μmol/L、FIB(4.47±1.45)g/L显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=34.476、33.560、13.761,P<0.05);92例患者中联合检测3项指标其阳性率为95.65%显著高于单一指标检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进展患者3项指标水平与非进展患者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后不良患者D-D水平与预后良好患者对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对急性脑梗死的患者联合检测D-D、Hcy、FIB,可更好反映患者病情,对早期诊断、延缓、阻止脑梗死的发生有重要意义。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of D-D,Hcy and Fib in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Yixing People’s Hospital from January2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study group,and 92 healthy medical personnel received during the same period were selected as the control group.The combined detection of D-D,Hcy and FIB was carried out,and the detection results of the two groups were compared.Results The D-D(670.59±100.12)ng/mL,Hey(21.34±3.35)μmol/L,and FIB(4.47±1.45)g/L in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=34.476,33.560,13.761,P<0.05);in 92 patients,the positive rate of combined detection of three indicators was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than that of single indicator detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the non-progressive patients,the level of the three indicators in the progressive patients was significantly different(P<0.05);the D-D level in the patients with poor prognosis was compared with the patients with good prognosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of D-D,Hey,and FIB in patients with acute cerebral infarction can better reflect the patient’s condition,and provide a reliable reference for early diagnosis,delay,and prevention of cerebral infarction.
