摘要 针对铁路施工对环境影响大、我国铁路绿色施工环境影响评价方法缺少的现状,在把握铁路绿色施工的特点和系统分析铁路施工环境影响因素的基础上,首先通过调查与结合相关文献,建立了包括水、大气、噪音、固体废弃物、生态破坏5方面共16项指标的铁路绿色施工环境影响综合评价体系。其次,基于博弈论(IG)思想将评价指标主客观权重进行组合,确定各评价指标的综合权重,并运用云模型对铁路绿色施工环境影响进行评价,利用MATLAB绘制云图直观反应铁路绿色施工环境影响程度,并进一步计算相似度进而确定综合评价等级。最后,选取西北地区某铁路项目作为评价对象进行实例研究,分析结果与实际情况相符,验证了该模型的有效性与合理性。 In view of the great impact of railway construction on the environment and the lack of environmental impact assessment methods for railway green construction in China,on the basis of grasping the characteristics of railway green construction and systematically analyzing the environmental impact factors of railway construction,a comprehensive assessment of the environmental impact of railway green construction with 16 indicators including water,atmosphere,noise,solid waste and ecological damage was firstly established through investigation and combined with relevant literature system.Secondly,based on the game theory(IG),the objective and subjective weights of the evaluation indicators are combined to determine the comprehensive weight of the evaluation indicators,and use the cloud model to comprehensively evaluate the environmental impact of railway green construction,using MATLAB to draw cloud diagrams and further calculate the similarity to determine the final railway green construction environmental impact of comprehensive evaluation level.Finally,a railway project in Northwest China is selected as the object of evaluation for case study,and the analysis results are consistent with the actual situation,which verifies the validity and rationality of the model.
