损失率、贫化率对某露天铀矿战略排产技术经济指标影响研究

摘要 某露天铀矿山自生产以来,实际损失率和贫化率大于可行性研究阶段取值,严重影响战略排产。本文根据历史生产数据,制定以26%贫化率和8%损失率为基准的11种损失率、贫化率影响分析测算方案,运用Whittle软件,选用Psedoflow算法和Milawa NPV算法对11种方案进行境界优化和战略排产,分析损失率、贫化率对净现值、生产成本、服务年限、剥采比等技术经济指标的影响。研究结果表明:贫化率对废石量、净现值、水冶成本等指标影响较大,结合目前生产实际,贫化率与行业标准的差距较大,开采过程中加强贫化控制,将提升生产效益;1号采坑北部区域境界、水冶成本、采出矿石量等指标受贫化率影响最为明显,设计中单独作为一个分期,最后进行开采,并需进行补充地质勘探;损失率对回收金属量、采出矿石量和净现值影响较大,但生产实际损失率与行业标准差异较小,总体对生产影响一般。 Since the production of an open-pit uranium mine,the actual ore loss rate and ore dilution rate are higher than the values taken in the feasibility study stage,which affect the strategic planning of the project.Based on the historical production data,this paper analyzing the influence of the ore loss rate,set the ore dilution rate to 26%,and analyzing the influence of the ore dilution rate,set the ore loss rate to 8%.In this paper,the Psedoflow algorithm and the Milawa NPV algorithm in Whittle software are used to do pit optimization and strategic planning for eleven ore loss rate and dilution rate,and to use output data to analyze the impact of ore loss rate and dilution rate on technical and economic indicators such as NPV,production cost,mine life,stripping ratio and so on.The results show that the ore dilution rate has a great impact on the mined waste rock tons,NPV and unit process cost,considering the large gap between the actual ore dilution rate and the industry standard,strengthening the dilution rate control during the mining will improve production efficiency.The northern area of No.1 pit is greatly affected by the ore dilution rate,such as pit shell,process cost and mined ore tons,it shall be designed as a separate stage which mined last,and supplementary geological exploration is required.The ore loss rate has a greater impact on total metal quantity,mined ore tons and NPV,the difference between the actual ore loss rate and the industry standard is small,and the overall impact on production is general.
