摘要
智能化是提高砂石骨料企业核心竞争力,推动砂石骨料产业转型升级的重要途径。本文研究通过矿山实地考察、智能矿山解决方案供应商考察、已建设智能化矿山的案例分析、专家访谈、问卷调查及文献调查等方法,对中国砂石骨料矿山智能化建设现状进行深入研究,对中国砂石骨料矿山智能化具体需求进行分析总结,提出了基于当前智能矿山技术发展水平的砂石骨料矿山智能化建设的建议,包括智能矿山基本体系架构,资源环境数字化、设计计划三维化、生产作业自动化、安全环保集成化、经营决策智能化、管控一体化和信息网络化等智能矿山建设七大主要建设模块,以及成立组织、制定规划、标准先行、保障资金四项保障智能矿山建设顺利开展的措施。本文所提建议可为砂石骨料矿山企业科学有序地开展智能化建设提供参考,推动砂石骨料产业高质量发展。
In sand-gravel aggregate industry,intelligent is an important way to improve core competency of enterprise and accelerate transformation and upgrading of industrial.The investigations conducted in this paper include field trips for mine,solution providers visits,case analysis of intelligent mines,expert interviews,questionnaire and literature research.The current situation of intelligent construction in sand-gravel aggregate mine are known in-depth firstly.Then the concrete need of intelligent in sand-gravel aggregate mine is analyzed and summarized.At last,suggestions about the intelligent construction of mine are offered based on the current situation of intelligent technology in mine.The basic system architecture of intelligent mine is given.The seven main modules,that is digitalization of resources and environment,three-dimensional design and schedule,automation of operations,integrated security and environmental protection,the intelligence of management and decision-making,integrated management control and information network are outlined.Moreover,four measurements to ensure the smooth development of intelligent construction are:founding organization,formulating plan,establishing standards firstly,guaranteeing fund.The suggestions above can provide a reference for enterprise to carry out the intelligent mine construction scientifically and orderly,and can promote the high-quality development of sand-gravel aggregate industry.
