国内外旅游物流研究现状及展望

Research Status and Prospect of Tourism Logistics at Home and Abroad

旅游业和物流业融合形成了旅游物流新业态。国内外学者研究旅游物流新业态呈增长态势。通过文献检索与对比分析,从基本理论、模型构建与方法应用、实践应用3个方面分析了国内外旅游物流的研究现状。分析表明:1)在理论研究方面,主要包括旅游物流概念、构成要素等,呈现“百花齐放”的研究局面;2)在模型与方法应用方面,主要揭示了模型构建与路径优化之间的联系,但缺乏系统的研究方法;3)在实践应用方面,从多维视角开展旅游物流实践应用研究,但主要聚焦于城市旅游物流而较少关注乡村的状况。基于现状分析,提出了从信息化、柔性化、集成一体化以及JIT管理思想等方面开展旅游物流研究的思路和建议。

The integration of the tourism industry and the logistics industry has formed a new tourism logistics format,and the research on this new format by scholars at home and abroad has shown a steady growth trend.The paper uses the literature retrieval method and comparative analysis method to analyze the research status of tourism logistics at home and abroad from three aspects:basic theory,model construction and method application,practical application,and the research shows that:(1)in terms of theoretical research,scholars mainly discuss the concept and composition of tourism logistics,showing a situation of“a hundred flowers blooming”;(2)in terms of model and method research,researchers have revealed the connection between model construction and path optimization,but lack of systematic research methods;(3)practical application presents a multi-dimensional perspective of tourism logistics practice research,and mainly studies the tourism logistics status in the urban field,but pays less attention to the rural field.Based on the current situation research and commentary,this paper puts forward ideas and suggestions for further promoting tourism logistics research from the aspects of informatization,flexibility,integration,and JIT management ideas.
