杨祥正教授从补中升阳透泻阴火论治小儿周期性发热综合征经验

Professor YANG Xiangzheng’s experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of children with periodic fever syndrome based on strengthening middle energizer and elevating yang as well as expelling and dispersing yin-fire

杨祥正教授从小儿体质特点出发,认为小儿脏腑柔弱、体禀少阳是周期性发热综合征的常见体质,其本质是脾胃虚弱、阴火内生,导致小儿稚阴稚阳的阴阳平衡被打破,故反复发作。杨教授以内伤发热、阴火内郁学说为指导,指出小儿周期性发热综合征当从脾胃论治,以补中升阳、透泻阴火为本,采用补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤合升降散加减治疗,效果显著。附案例1则,以资验证。

Starting from the constitutional characteristics of children,professor YANG Xiangzheng holds that children’s delicacy of viscera and innate constitution of Shaoyang are the commonly seen constitution of periodic fe⁃ver syndrome.Its essence is weakness of spleen and stomach and endogenous yin⁃fire,which leads to the break of the yin⁃yang balance of children’s premature yin and yang,so it occurs repeatedly.Under the guidance of the theory of fever due to internal injury and internal depression of yin⁃fire,he points out that children’s periodic fever syndrome should be treated from the spleen and stomach based on syndrome differentiation,priority is given to strengthening middle energizer and elevating yang as well as expelling and dispersing yin⁃fire,and modified Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Tang(补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤)combined Shengjiang San(升降散)is used for treatment.One case is attached for verification.
