有色腈纶紧密赛络纺工艺及纱线性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为确定凝胶着色法腈纶短纤维纺制19.50 tex紧密赛络纺细纱的最优工艺,文中使用正交试验设计和方差分析方法,研究细纱捻度、粗纱间距、钢丝圈质量、钳口隔距对纱线拉伸、毛羽、条干性能的影响。研究发现,细纱捻度对纱线断裂强度影响最大,粗纱间距对断裂伸长率影响最大,钢丝圈质量对毛羽影响最大,钳口隔距对条干影响最大。结果表明,19.50 tex有色腈纶紧密赛络纺的最优工艺为细纱捻度85捻/10 cm,粗纱间距3.0 mm,钢丝圈质量4.8 g/100个,钳口隔距2.5 mm。 In order to determine the optimal process of spinning 19.50 tex Compact-Siro yarn by using the gel coloring method,the orthogonal experiment design and variance analysis method are used to study the effect of the yarn twist,roving interval,weight of traveler and the jaw gauge on the yarn tension,hairiness and evenness performance in this paper.It is found that yarn twist has the greatest impact on breaking strength,roving interval has the greatest impact on breaking elongation,weight of traveler has the greatest impact on hairiness,and jaw gauge has the greatest impact on evenness.The results show that the optimal spinning process of 19.50 tex colored acrylic Compact-Siro yarn is yarn twist 85 T/10 cm,roving interval 3.0 mm,weight of traveler 4.8 g/100 and jaw gauge2.5 mm.
