摘要
为了能够更好地在电脑横机上进行3+3绞花的编织,针对绞花编织时常因纱线的张力控制不当而造成断线等问题,通过对不同编织方式所采用的交叉线圈组,在编织过程或绞花完成后引起纱线变形的比较,来优选更为合理的交叉线圈组。并以此为基础,给出3+3绞花编织的基本步骤,在密度较紧的情况下,给出放松交叉线圈组的编织方法。在某些特定条件下,给出用于减少绞花编织中纱线张力的3种处理方法:两个方向的绞花编织并列放在一起;摇床时存在着非必要拉伸的基础编织;隔针编织。
In order to better carry out 3+3 cable stitch,aiming at the problem of thread breakage caused by improper yarn tension control in cable stitch knitting.By comparing the different cross loop groups,yarn deformation in knitting process or after cable stitch knitting,select the more reasonable cross loop group.Based on this,give basic steps of 3+3 cable stitch knitting,and in the case of tight density,give the knitting method of relaxing cross loop group.Under some specific conditions,give the treatment methods for reducing the yarn tension in cable stitch knitting,including:firstly,cable stitch knitting in two directions is placed side by side;secondly,there is a basic knitting with unnecessary tension when the bed was shaken;thirdly,the needle interlaced knitting.
