摘要
生物组织的硬度与病理变化息息相关,弹性成像作为一种评判组织硬度的超声技术,其结果对疾病的诊断具有重要的参考意义。随着弹性成像技术的发展与优化,剪切波弹性成像逐渐进入人们视野,其已广泛应用于甲状腺、乳腺、肝脏、前列腺等多种器官的疾病诊断中。本文就剪切波弹性成像原理及其在甲状腺疾病中的应用作一综述。
The stiffness of biological tissue is closely related to pathological changes.As an ultrasound technology to evaluate tissue stiffness,elastography has important reference significance for the diagnosis of diseases.With the development and optimization of elastography,shear wave elastography has been widely used in the diagnosis of diseases of thyroid,such as breast,liver,prostate and other organs.The principle of shear wave elastography and its application in thyroid diseases are reviewed in this paper.
