与家人共同流动会促进青年的健康投资吗?--基于2017年流动人口动态监测数据的分析

Will Moving with Family Members Promote Health Investment of the Youth?On Dynamic Monitoring Data of Floating Population in 2017

基于2017年的CMDS数据,对青年流动群体的家庭化流动趋势进行全面展示,并探讨家庭化流动程度这一变量对流动青年基本医疗保险参与的干预效应及其影响机制。结果表明:青年流动群体与家人共同流动的趋势日益明显;家庭化流动对青年流动人口参加基本医疗保险的行为具有正向促进效应,参与流动的家庭成员越多,流动青年越倾向于在本地进行健康投资。中介效应检验结果显示,家庭化流动会通过居留意愿的强化和经济压力的扩张作用于流动青年的健康投资行为。为适应家庭化流动趋势下青年流动人口的健康投资需求,政策层面上,应重视家庭要素,以家庭为单位出台相关政策措施,推进流动人口的“适家化”治理;同时,辅助流动家庭制定长期生活规划并拓展其本地社会网络,积极引导流动青年了解、熟悉和利用本地健康卫生服务资源。

Based on the CMDS data in 2017,the trend of family mobility of youth migrant groups is comprehensively demonstrated,and the intervention effect of the variable of family mobility degree on the participation of basic medical insurance of migrant youth and its influence mechanism are discussed.The study has found that the trend of youth migrant groups moving with their families is becoming increasingly apparent.Family-based mobility has a positive effect on the participation of young migrants in basic health insurance,and the more family members who participate in the movement,the more migrant youth are inclined to invest in health locally.The results of the mediation effect test show that family mobility acts on the healthy investment behavior of migrant youth through the strengthening of willingness to stay and the expansion of economic pressures.In order to meet the healthy investment needs of young migrants under the trend of family mobility,at the policy level,attention should be paid to family elements,and relevant policies and measures should be introduced based on families.At the same time,migrant families should be assisted to formulate long-term life plans and expand their local social networks,and migrant youth should be actively guided to understand,familiarize themselves with and use local health and health service resources.
