Characteristics and Enlightenment of Construction of the UK National Digital Archives

数字档案馆的建设是我国档案事业高质量发展的重要路径之一。文章在梳理英国国家数字档案馆的建设概况、发展历程及开发现状的基础上,认为其具有政策保障的长效机制、政务信息的公开透明、用户至上的服务理念等特点,对我国数字档案馆建设的启示包括加强法规和制度的双重保障、积极推动政务信息的公开、坚持用户至上的人本理念等。

The construction of digital archives is one of the important ways of high quality development of archives in China. Based on the general situation of the construction, development process and current situation of the UK National Digital Archives, this paper holds that it has the characteristics of long-term mechanism of policy guarantee, open and transparent government affairs information and service concept of user first. Its enlightenment to the construction of China’s digital archives includes strengthening the double guarantee of laws, regulations and systems, actively promoting the publicity of government affairs information, and adhering to the people-oriented concept of user first.
