The UK Archives Fund is an important part of the UK archival public service. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, the support of the Archives Fund has stabilized the UK archives work in the face of sudden external environment changes. The paper introduces the background, construction process and operation status of the UK Archives Fund during the COVID-19 pandemic,analyzes its construction characteristics, summarizes its useful experience, so as to provide reference for improving the public service capacity of archives in China.
