摘要
首先从海南省疾控机构人事档案管理现状入手,阐述了人事档案管理中存在的问题,从而说明人事档案优化管理的重要性和必要性,指出了人事档案应优化的内容,强调人事档案管理的信息化。并引入层次分析法进行指标体系建设和运用管理学PDCA理论模型加强对问题的解决,以提高人事档案管理的规范化和科学化水平,促进海南省疾病预防控制事业健康可持续发展。
Starting with the current situation of the management of personnel archives in Hainan CDC, the paper expounds the problems existing in the management of personnel archives, illustrates the significance and necessity of the optimization management of personnel archives, points out the content of personnel archives that needs to be optimized, and emphasizes the informatization of personnel archives management. The analytic hierarchy process is introduced to build the index system and the PDCA theoretical model is applied to strengthen the solution of problems, so as to improve the standardization and scientization of the management of personnel archives and promote the healthy and sustainable development of disease prevention and control in our province.
