摘要
“度”在哲学范畴中主要体现在人们在处世准则和伦理道德之中的把控。将之带入我国社会工作伦理当中,由于社会工作的发展始于西方历史背景,其专业伦理有着西方特点,因此社会工作伦理在我国存在着“水土不服”的现象。文章基于哲学范畴中对“度”的探讨,通过“合度”“和谐度”和“调度”三个维度,结合社会工作者在社会工作实务中与案主、同事和机构之间存在的伦理问题,将社会工作伦理的“度”与我国社会工作弥合,促进我国社会工作的本土化发展。
In the philosophical sphere, “Du” is mainly reflected in the control that people have over the rules and ethics in the world. As social work has been developed in a Western context, its professional ethics have a Western character and therefore social work ethics are “unconventional” in China. This study is based on the discussion of “Du” in the philosophical sphere, through the three dimensions of “conformity”, “harmony” and “dispatch”, the ethical issues between social workers and their clients, colleagues and organization in social work practice are combined to bridge the “Du” of social work ethics with social work in China and promote the localization development of social work in China.
