生态社会转型理论视角下儿童保护社会工作可持续性问题分析——以B市H区C机构X项目为例

The Sustainability of Child-Protection Social Work in Urban Community on the Perspective of Ecological Society Transition Theory

儿童保护领域的社会工作实践需要可持续性地不断提升,但既有研究的理论解释并不充分。文章以B市H区C社工机构X儿童保护项目的案例作为经验证据,在描述城市社区社会工作儿童保护服务背景、过程与效果的基础上,运用生态社会转型理论视角分析城市社区儿童保护社会工作可持续性不足的原因,包括内部评估形式化和外部第三方评估缺位、社会工作实践理解偏差下的反思不足以及社会工作参与者研究能力较弱致使实践与研究分离等。同时,提出应对措施包括以目标为导向建立内外一体的评估体系,强调社会工作者对社会工作服务实践“境况”的理解与反思,提升社会工作参与者的研究能力,建设研究为本的社会工作专业。

The practice of social work in the field of child protection needs continuous improvement of sustainability, but the theoretical explanation of the existing research is not sufficient. Taking the case of X child protection project of C social work institution in H district of B city as empirical evidence, this paper describes the background, process and effect of child protection services of urban community social work and uses the perspective of ecological society transformation theory to analyze the reasons for the lack of sustainability, including the formalization of internal evaluation and the absence of external third-party evaluation, the lack of reflection under the deviation of social work practice understanding and the weak research ability of social work participants lead to the separation of social work practice and research. Countermeasures include establishing an internal and external evaluation system guided by objectives, emphasizing the understanding of the “situation” of social work services, so that social workers can reflect in practice, and carry out the construction of social work specialty based on the improvement of the research ability of social work participants.
