广州地下污水处理厂营运管理经验探讨

Discussion on operation and management of Guangzhou underground wastewater treatment plants

介绍了广州地下污水处理厂的营运规模、工艺流程与进出水水质,总结了广州地下污水处理厂营运管控措施。为有效控制生化池中氮磷指标、曝气量、内外回流比与除磷药剂投加量,在部分地下污水处理厂的缺氧区与好氧区交界段安装了NH_(3)-N、NO^(-)_(3)与PO_(4)^(3-)在线检测仪,运行效果较好;污泥处理处置采用了污泥调理-厂内干化-厂外协同焚烧工艺流程;臭气处理采用了水洗法、化学法、生物法、等离子法等多级串联工艺流程。同时也分析了污水处理厂进水水质异常的应对措施。

The operation scale,process and water quality concentration of inlet water and outlet of Guangzhou underground wastewater treatment plants were introduced.Operation control measures of Guangzhou wastewater water treatment plants were summarized.In order to effectively control the nitrogen and phosphorus index,aeration amount,internal and external return ratio and phosphorus removal agent in the biochemical tank,ammonia nitrogen,nitro nitrogen and phosphate online detectors were installed at the junction of the anaerobic area and aerobic area of some underground wastewater treatment plants,the operation effect was excellent.The process of sludge conditioning-in-plant drying-off-plant collaborative incineration was applied in sludge treatment and disposal.Water washing,chemical,biological and plasma processes were used for odor treatment.The countermeasures of abnormal incoming water quality of wastewater treatment plant were analyzed.
