水解酸化-AAO-芬顿氧化工艺在某印染废水处理中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 苏州某工业开发区内污水处理厂扩建后总规模8万m^(3)/d,因进水中含较高比例印染废水,进水COD浓度变化幅度大,采用水解酸化-AAO-芬顿氧化工艺对其进行处理,出水执行《关于高质量推进城乡生活污水治理三年行动计划的实施意见》的通知(苏委办发[2018]77号)中附件1苏州特别排放限值标准(以下简称“苏州特别排放限值”标准)。该工艺具有效率高,抗冲击负荷能力好,处理方式灵活等特点,投入运行半年多,出水COD、NH_(3)-N、TN和TP浓度分别稳定在7~17、0.08~0.39、2.83~6.05、0.03~0.10 mg/L。该扩建工程直接投资33 875.15万元,处理成本约2.34元/m^(3)。 After the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in an industrial development area in Suzhou,the total scale is 8×10^(4) m^(3)/d.Because of the high proportion of printing and dyeing wastewater in the influent contains,the influent COD concentration varies greatly.Hydrolysis acidification-AAO-Fenton oxidation process is used to treat the wastewater,and the effluent is subject to the standard of"Suzhou Special discharge limit".The process has the characteristics of high efficiency,good impact load resistance and flexible treatment.The effluent COD,NH_(3)-N,TN and TP concentrations are stable in the range of 7~17,0.08~0.39,2.83~6.05,0.03~0.10 mg/L,respectively,after being put into operation for more than half a year.The direct investment of the expansion project is 338.7515 million yuan,and the treatment cost is about 2.34 yuan/m^(3).
