摘要
针对飞机维修清洗废液具有组分复杂、COD浓度高、含油高、色度高、破乳难度大、污染强度大、可生化性差的特点。采用纳米气浮—低温蒸发—微电解臭氧氧化—膜过滤组合工艺进行处理,通过对关键流程和参数的选定,并就稳定运行效果进行了分析。经过该工艺处理后,最终出水COD的浓度平均为346 mg/L,悬浮物浓度为21.9 mg/L,油含量为2.12 mg/L,色度为40倍,出水水质达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962-2015)A级标准,浓缩率平均达到92%以上,产生废油作为沥青基础油使用,实现了飞机维修清洗废液的减量化和资源化处理。
The waste liquid of aircraft maintenance and cleaning has the characteristics of complex components,difficult degradation,high COD concentration,high oil content,high color,difficult demulsification,high pollution intensity and poor biodegradability.It is treated by nano air flotation-low temperature evaporation-micro electrolysis ozonation-membrane filtration combined process.Through the selection of key processes and parameters,the stable operation effect is analyzed.After this process,the average concentration of COD in the final effluent is 346 mg/L,the concentration of suspended solids is 21.9 mg/L,the oil content is 2.12 mg/L,and the chromaticity is 40 times.The effluent quality meets the class a standard requirements of The Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged Into Urban Sewers(GB/T 31962-2015),and the average concentration rate reaches more than 92%.The waste oil is used as asphalt base oil,that realizes the reduction and resource treatment of aircraft maintenance and cleaning waste liquid,provides reference for the treatment of hazardous waste in the industry,and has certain popularization and application value.
