排水管道原位热塑成型修复技术国内外标准对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,管道的原位热塑成型修复技术以其施工简单、价格低廉、耐腐蚀、与管道紧密贴合、水力阻力损失小等优点在国内开始应用。但是,目前国内在该项技术理论研究不足,尚无专用的标准和规范支撑,技术及产品质量控制困难。以《排水管修复用折叠/成型聚氯乙烯管的标准规范》(ASTM F1871)和《排水管修复用折叠成型聚氯乙烯(PVC)管安装技术规程》(ASTM F1867)为研究对象,对比国内外同类标准中的适用范围、选材、结构、施工、试验检验,以期为该技术在我国的规范化应用提供参考和借鉴。 In recent years,since the advantages of simple construction,low price,corrosion resistance,close fitting with the pipeline and small water flow resistance loss,the trenchless technology called formed-in-place pipe(FIPP)has been used in China.However,it has less theoretical research in this filed in China,there is no special standard and specification support,and it is difficult to control the quality for this technology and product.In this paper,ASTM F1871 Standard specification for folded/formed ploy(vinyi chloride)type A for existing sewer and conduit rehabilitation and ASTM F1867 Standard practice for installation of folded/formed ploy(vinyi chloride,PVC)pipe type A for existing sewer and conduit rehabilitation were selected,which were compared similar standards at home and abroad.The application scope,material selection,structure,construction,test and inspection were discussed.It will provide reference for the standardized application of this technology in China.
