摘要
准确划分不同降雨特征下的城市排水分区,表征径流路径,计算径流量并反应真实工况是排水精细化运营、规划设计模拟分析的关键环节。鉴于城市降雨不平均、地形地势与人工构筑物竖向复杂、洪涝灾害后影响重大等显著特征,结合高精度雷达点云地形数据,提出基于高精度点云数据的排水分区动态划定方法。同时,阐述划定方法中的基本流程和技术要点,并以某下凹桥区排水分区为例进行介绍。
For master plan,urban design and flooding control,catchment is the basic unit of any calculation and simulation.According the obviously characteristic of urban hydrologic,for example,inhomogeneity of precipitation,complicated urban surface terrain and high-density economy,a high-resolution catchment analysis method must be developed,which could improve the result of urban overland flow model by using Lidar point cloud data.A new automatically delineation method has been developed,to meet the requirement of urban hydrologic for both the resolution and precipitation dynamic.At the same time,this paper presents the general process workflow of the method,and introduces it with an underpass overland flow catchment.
