摘要 为解决生物学实验中作用磁场频率单一、低频控制较差、交流输出控制不佳等问题,设计了一种用于生物学实验研究的低频交变磁场发生器。满足输入波形(正弦波、方波和三角波)可调,磁场发生装置中的磁场强度拟定为对细胞产生作用的0~200 mT,频率在0~1 kHz连续可调。采用硬件设计信号发生器,用户可以手动选择参数,输出一定频率和强度的信号波形,经功率放大电路放大后,在负载线圈中产生交流电信号,从而产生相同频率的交变磁场,经锁相放大器测量,来考察输出磁场的大小与频率范围。所设计的磁场发生器输出频率在0~1 kHz连续可调,场强达到200 mT的指标,最大可超过300 mT。 In order to solve the problems of single magnetic field frequency,poor low frequency control and poor AC output control in biological experiments, a low frequency alternating magnetic field generator for biological experiments was designed. The input waveforms(sine wave, square wave and triangle wave)can be adjusted. The magnetic field intensity in the magnetic field generator is determined to be 0~200 mT,which has an effect on cells, and the frequency is continuously adjustable at 0~1 kHz. The hardware design of signal generator,the user can select parameters,the output of a certain frequency and strength of the signal waveform,amplified by power amplifier circuit,ac electrical signal in loading coils,resulting in a same frequency alternating magnetic field,the phase~locked amplifier measurement,to examine the output frequency range with the size of the magnetic field. The output frequency of the designed magnetic field generator is continuously adjustable in 0~1 kHz,and the field strength can reach the index of 200 mT,and the maximum can exceed 300 mT.
