基于RISC-V的数控电源与直流负载一体机设计

摘要 针对实验室需要频繁使用的可调直流电源和直流电子负载体积较大移动不便的问题,结合目前基于RISC-V内核的微控制器和移动设备快速充电技术,提出了一种集成数控直流可调电源、直流电子负载和多口快速充电坞的设备设计方案。系统采用GD32VF103RBT6主控制器,通过专用电流监控芯片对电压、电流进行监测,并调整DAC的输出控制DC-DC芯片输出可调电压以及MOSFET工作在线性区,实现直流电子负载功能。制作出的样机经多次测试,结果表明,其工作稳定,各项参数优良,可实现最高100 W的快充输出、最高24 V/3 A的可调直流电源输出和最高36 V/8 A的直流电子负载输入。 Aiming at the problem that the adjustable DC power supply and DC electronic load needed to be frequently used in the laboratory are bulky and inconvenient to move,combined with the microcontroller based on RISC-V kernel and fast-charging technology of mobile devices,a device design scheme integrating program-controlled DC adjustable power supply,DC electronic load and multiple rapid charging docks is proposed. The system uses GD32VF103RBT6 as main controller,monitors voltage and current by special current monitoring chip,controls DC-DC chip output adjustable voltage by adjusting DAC output,and realizes DC electronic load function by controlling MOSFET working in linear region.Through the prototype production and test verification,the designed integrated machine works stably with excellent precision parameters,which can achieve the maximum 100 W fast charging output,the maximum 24 V/3 A adjustable DC power output and the maximum 36 V/8 A DC electronic load input capability.
