摘要
水声信号探测系统中,需要精确测量光纤水听器臂长差,从而准确解调出待测水声的物理量。针对光纤水听器臂长差测量精度低的问题,该文介绍了一种测量微波干涉式水听器臂长差的设计原理,指出测量方案中电路部分的硬件实现方式,并通过实物验证给出了测量精度。该方案测量精度极限为10-6,当水听器臂长差为200 m时,测量精度可达±0.2 mm。该技术结合M-Z光电调制检测光路,可覆盖大部分干涉式水听器臂长差范围,满足光纤阵缆公司水听器性能评估与生产指标测试的精度要求。
In the underwater acoustic signal detection system,it is necessary to accurately measure the arm length difference of the optical fiber hydrophone,so as to accurately demodulate the physical quantity of the underwater acoustic signal to be measured. Aiming at the problem of low measurement accuracy of fiber optic hydrophone arm length difference,this paper introduces the design principle of measuring the arm length difference of microwave interference hydrophone,points out the hardware implementation of the circuit in the measurement scheme,and gives the measurement accuracy through physical verification. The measurement accuracy limit of this scheme is 10-6,when the difference of hydrophone arm length is 200 m,the measurement accuracy can reach ± 0.2 mm. Combined with M-Z photoelectric modulation detection optical path,this technology can cover most of the range of arm length difference of interferometric hydrophone,and meet the accuracy requirements of performance evaluation and production index test of optical fiber array cable company.
