分享经济统计调查体系构建

Construction of Statistical Survey System for Sharing Economy

作为新经济的典型代表和重要内容,分享经济在交易主体、生产关系等方面与传统经济存在的差异,使现行统计调查体系不再适应分享经济的发展。加强对分享经济的统计监测,使分享经济的价值能够在国民经济核算体系中得到合理体现,是现代统计工作适应时代发展的需要。文章在总结分享经济特征及数据统计困境的基础上,从统计标准、统计调查项目、统计调查方法和数据采集方式四个方面出发,构建分享经济统计调查体系,以期为统计部门完善分享经济统计调查体系提供对策建议。

As a typical representative and important content of the new economy, the sharing economy differs from the traditional economy in terms of transaction subjects and production relations, which makes the current statistical survey system no longer adaptable to the development of the sharing economy. It is necessary for modern statistics to strengthen the statistical monitoring of the sharing economy and make the value of sharing economy reasonably reflected in the national economic accounting system. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the sharing economy and the difficulties of data statistics, this paper starts from the four aspects of statistical standards, statistical survey items, statistical survey methods and data acquisition methods to construct a statistical survey system of the sharing economy, in hope of providing countermeasures and suggestions for statistical departments to improve the statistical survey system of the sharing economy.
