晚钠电流致心律失常的机制及药物靶向治疗 被引量:1

摘要 晚钠电流是动作电位快速上升期后钠通道仍保持开放或失活后重新开放而引起的平台期内向钠电流。多种疾病状态、药物毒素可增大晚钠电流,延长动作电位时程,使舒张期肌质网钙漏增加,进而诱发早后除极,晚后除极,引起多种心律失常的发生。雷诺嗪、GS967、SGLT2抑制剂等药物可降低心肌细胞中的晚钠电流,减少心房颤动、室性心动过速等心律失常的发生,晚钠电流可能是心律失常治疗的新靶点。
