摘要
脓毒症是多数感染性疾病终末症,具有高发病率、高病死率等特点,中医药对于脓毒症有较好疗效。营卫理论为先贤用于治疗温病、伤寒,亦可用于论治脓毒症。文章基于营卫理论探究脓毒症病机与论治,认为营卫失调是脓毒症关键病机,其与炎症反应系统及代谢系统的相互干扰密切相关。故提出调和营卫、畅通营卫、双补营卫法纠正营卫失调以减缓脓毒症恶化。营卫理论指导下的中医药治疗脓毒症研究应放眼于中药、方剂对于营卫间的调节作用,即对于炎症反应系统与代谢系统间的调节作用。
Sepsis is the terminal disease of most infectious diseases,which has the characteristics of high incidence and mortality,etc..Traditional Chinese medicine can regulate multi-faceted regulating effects on sepsis.The theory of nutrient qi and defensive qi is used to treat warm disease and cold pathogenic disease by ancient sages,and can also be used to treat sepsis.In this paper,we investigate the pathogenesis and treatment of sepsis based on the theory of nutrient qi and defensive qi,and believe that the disharmony of nutrient qi and defensive qi is the key pathogenesis of sepsis,which is closely related to the mutual interference of inflammatory response system and metabolic system.Therefore,we propose the methods of harmonizing nutrient qi and defensive qi,unblocking nutrient qi and defensive qi,and double-supplementing nutrient qi and defensive qi to correct the imbalance of nutrient qi and defensive qi in order to slow down the deterioration of sepsis.The research on the treatment of sepsis by TCM under the guidance of the theory of nutrient qi and defensive qi should focus on the regulatory effect of Chinese medicine and prescriptions on the regulation between nutrient qi and defensive qi,namely the regulation between the inflammatory response system and the metabolic system.
