国医大师周仲瑛从湿热瘀毒、脾气亏虚论治结直肠癌经验

Experience of TCM master ZHOU Zhong-ying in the treatment of colorectal cancer from damp-heat stasis toxin and spleen qi deficiency

癌毒病机理论是现代中医肿瘤的创新理论,近年来被广泛应用于指导恶性肿瘤的临床辨治,并取得了较好的临床疗效。国医大师周仲瑛教授基于癌毒病机理论认为结直肠癌的病性属本虚标实,以脾气亏虚为本,湿热瘀毒为标,提出“湿热瘀毒、脾气亏虚”是结直肠癌的核心病机,清热化湿、祛瘀消癥、抗癌解毒、健脾益气为其主要治法,为中医药防治结直肠癌提供了新的辨治思路,具有指导临床实践的重要意义。

Pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin is an innovative theory of modern traditional Chinese medicine oncology,which has been widely used to guide the clinical differentiation and treatment for malignant tumors in recent years,and has achieved good clinical efficacy.Based on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin,TCM master ZHOU Zhong-ying believes that the disease’s nature of colorectal cancer is always belongs to the deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity.He proposed that ‘damp-heat stasis toxin and deficiency of spleen qi’ are the core pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Among them,deficiency of spleen is the basic,and the damp heat stasis toxin is the standard.Clearing away heat and resolving dampness,removing blood stasis and eliminating tumor,fighting against cancer and detoxifying,reinforcing qi by tonifying spleen are the main therapies for colorectal cancer.It provides a new way of differentiation and treatment for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine,and has important significance in guiding clinical practice.
