国医大师晁恩祥“风鼽”学术思想及临证经验

Academic thought and clinical experience on ‘Feng Qiu’ by TCM master CHAO En-xiang

国医大师晁恩祥教授从风论治呼吸病的学术思想在业界影响很大。晁老根据60余年临床观察变应性鼻炎(中医称“鼻鼽”)的中医病因证治特点,提出“风鼽”理论。晁老认为“风邪”是鼻鼽的重要病因,尽管临床上鼻鼽或见偏寒、偏热之不同,但总不离风邪为患。晁老抓住“风邪犯肺,肺窍不利”的主要病机,治以“疏风宣肺,通窍利咽”,临证喜用自拟疏风通窍方,效如桴鼓,值得同道学习与借鉴。

As a national master of traditional Chinese medicine,professor CHAO En-xiang is famous for proposing the theory of ‘treatment from wind’ that applied in respiratory diseases.Based on 60 more years of the experience and observation,according to etiology and syndrome characteristics of allergic rhinitis(AR)(Chinese medicine called ‘Bi Qiu’) in TCM,professor CHAO put forward the ‘Feng Qiu’ theory.Professor CHAO thinks ‘the wind’ is the most important cause of AR.In clinical practice,although AR symptoms may vary from cold to hot,but it always affected by wind evil.Professor CHAO is focused on the main pathogenisis of ‘wind evil invading,lung qi becoming adverse’,and treats it by ‘drain the wind and disperse the lungs,clear the orifices and relieve the throat’,professor CHAO is prefering to prescribe the empirical formula of ‘drain the wind and clear the orifices as the basic elements.In summarizes,the thought and experience of mater CHAO treating AR is worth learning and making as a reference.
