张融碧应用阴阳调和理论巧用四逆散加味探析

Exploration on ZHANG Rong-bi’s application of the balance of yin and yang theory and modified Sini Powder

张融碧教授从事临床50余年,善用经方,遣方用药经验丰富。张教授认为,阴阳失调是致病的根本,调和阴阳是治病之要。四逆散是少阳、少阴两枢之剂,不仅为少阳病和解剂,更是阴阳调和之剂。四逆散证病机为少阴枢机不利,气机阻滞,致阴阳气血失调。四逆散可广泛用于治疗阴阳失调、气机壅滞的各类疾病,不必拘泥于寒热属性,临床上各科病证只要属阴阳不和者皆可化裁用之。文章就四逆散的阴阳调和理论在胃脘痛、咳嗽、胸痹、胆石症等治疗上的妙用之处做一探讨。

Professor ZHANG Rong-bi has been engaged in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 50 years.She is good at classical prescriptions,and has gained rich experience of choosing prescription and using medicine in these years.Professor ZHANG believes that the imbalance of yin and yang is the root of disease,and the balance of yin and yang is the key to treatment.Sini Powder is an agent of Shaoyang and Shaoyin.It is not only an agent for the reconciliation of shaoyang disease,but also an agent for the reconciliation of yin and yang.The pathogenesis of Sini Powder syndrome is that Shaoyin is unfavorable to the axis and qi is blocked,resulting in the imbalance of yin and yang qi and blood.Sini Powdert can be widely used in various diseases of yin-yang imbalance and qi stagnation.There is no need to adhere to the attribute of cold and heat.In clinical treatment,all diseases and syndromes can be used as long as they belong to the disharmony of yin and yang.In this paper,it is explored that the magical effects of the theory of the balance of yin and yang of Sini Powder in the treatment of stomachache,cough,chest obstruction,cholelithiasis,and so on.
