肿瘤血瘀证动物模型的研究概况与分析

Overview and analysis of animal models of blood stasis syndrome of tumor

肿瘤是危害人类健康的重大疾病,血瘀证是肿瘤的常见证候类型,随着对肿瘤血瘀证的临床和实验研究的不断进展,相关的动物模型作为重要的研究途径,也不断得到丰富和发展。文章根据肿瘤血瘀证的不同病因病机并结合现有的文献分别从气滞血瘀、痰浊血瘀、热毒血瘀、寒凝血瘀、气虚血瘀、阴虚血瘀和阳虚血瘀7个方面阐述肿瘤血瘀证动物模型的研究概况,同时分析现有肿瘤血瘀证动物模型建立中所存在的问题,以期能给后续研究者带来一定的思考。

Tumor is a major disease endangering human health,and blood stasis syndrome is a common syndrome type of tumor.With the continuous progress of clinical and experimental research on blood stasis syndrome of tumor,relevant animal models as the important research approach have been constantly enriched and developed.According to the different etiologies and pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome of tumor and combined with the existing literature,this paper expounds the research situation of tumor blood stasis syndrome animal models from seven aspects:qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,heat toxin and blood stasis,cold coagulation and blood stasis,qi deficiency and blood stasis,yin deficiency and blood stasis and yang deficiency and blood stasis.This paper also analyzes the existing problems in the establishment of blood stasis syndrome of tumor animal models,in order to provide the subsequent researchers with some thinkings.
