鲜药在中医临床上的应用具有悠久的历史和重要的临床价值。从现代药理研究看,新鲜中药所含有效成分保存更加完整、充分,相对于炮制品而言,鲜药有效地防止了药物有效成分及结构的破坏和丢失。随着现代医学研究的深入,鲜药在临床上的应用随着学者们研究的深入也将不断展开。鉴于鲜药在临床应用中对多种疾病的治疗效果优于干品,为了使鲜药更好地发挥作用,文章以临床常用鲜药蒲公英为例,通过鲜蒲公英进行古籍考证以及现代临床应用分析,以期更好地挖掘鲜蒲公英的临床应用,并提供科学依据,为今后合理开发鲜药资源提供新思路。

The clinical application of fresh medicine in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and important clinical value.From the perspective of modern pharmacological research,the effective ingredients contained in fresh Chinese medicine are preserved more completely and adequately.Compared with processed products,fresh medicine effectively prevents the destruction and loss of the effective ingredients and structure of the medicine.With the deepening of modern medical research,the clinical application of fresh medicines will continue to expand as scholars gain research.In view of the fact that fresh medicine is better than dry products in the treatment of many diseases in clinical application,in order to make fresh medicine work better,this article takes the clinically commonly used fresh medicine dandelion as an example,and conducts ancient textual research and modern clinical application analysis through fresh dandelion,to better explore the clinical application of fresh dandelion,provide a scientific basis for more clinical applications of fresh dandelion,and provide new ideas for the rational development of fresh medicine resources in the future.
