敦煌针灸文献中经络及腧穴研究

Research on meridians and acupoints of acupuncture literatures in Dunhuang

敦煌针灸文献记载的经络、腧穴内容为研究唐代及以前经络腧穴的发展提供了宝贵的文献资料,具有重要的学术价值。文章梳理了敦煌针灸文献涉及经络循行、腧穴名称及定位的有关资料和现代研究。总结发现,由背俞穴距椎节两旁二寸三分的取穴法推测出的经络理论包括人体横向经脉学说、膀胱经单线循行学说、膀胱经经气流注学说;敦煌针灸文献中记载的特有古穴38个,与现在经络腧穴学同名异位的腧穴14个。这对了解隋唐以前经络腧穴理论的发展演变过程具有的学术重要意义。

The contents of meridians and acupoints related to acupuncture and moxibustion of Dunhuang manuscripts provide valuable literature for the study of meridians and acupoints development in Tang dynasty and before,which has important academic value.This paper summarized the relevant contents and modern researches of meridians circulation,acupoint naming and acupoint positioning mentioned in Dunhuang acupuncture literatures.The meridian theory inferred from the acupoint location method,2 Cun and 3 Fen from back transport point to intervertebral joints,includes doctrine of transverse meridians in the human body,single-line circulation of the bladder meridian and the flow of bladder meridian qi.There are a total of 38 unique ancient acupoints recorded in the Dunhuang literatures,and a total of 14 acupoints with the same name and location as the current meridian acupoints.So this study is great significance for understanding the development and evolution of meridian and acupoint theory before the Sui and Tang dynasties.
