从辨象论治探讨拔罐疗法的中医理论基础

Discussion on theoretical basis of cupping therapy based on image differentiation and treatment

根据“象思维”,笔者认为“皮象”“筋象”与“痧象”是与拔罐疗法密切相关的体表之象,通过望皮、认筋以及察痧的辨象方法,观察呈现于体表不同的“象”,立“象”以尽其“意”,以判断疾病的病性、病位及其预后转归,对临床有重要的指导意义。以“色质定性、以位揣位”的皮象、“触形辨性、筋位随经”的筋象、“显痧辨性,络聚经穴”的痧象指导拔罐疗法“辨象”,以“三才分治、补虚泻实”的理论进行拔罐疗法的“论治”,提出“辨象论治”是拔罐疗法的重要中医理论基础之一,即根据不同状态下相应体表部位出现的征象辨别其病位与病性,施以相应的拔罐手法,进行针对性治疗。

According to ’image thinking’,the author believes that ’skin image’,’tendon image’ and ’Sha image’ are closely related to cupping therapy.Through the method of looking at the skin,recognizing the tendons and observing the ’Sha image’,we observe the different ’image’ on the body surface,and establish ’image’ to do its ’meaning’ to judge the nature,location and prognosis of the disease,which has important guiding significance for clinical practice.Based on the skin image of ’qualitative color and location’,the tendon image of ’touching shape discrimination and tendon position following the meridians’,and the sha image of ’manifestation of sha discrimination and collateral gathering meridian points’,guiding the ’image differentiation’ of cupping therapy,and the theory of ’three talents treatment and tonifying deficiency and reducing excess’ is used to carry out the ’treatment’ of cupping therapy.It is proposed that ’image differentiation and treatment’ is one of the important theoretical basis of cupping therapy,that is,according to the signs of corresponding surface parts under different conditions,the disease location and disease nature are identified,and the corresponding cupping technique is applied to carry out targeted treatment.
