益气复元膏方干预气虚质患者的临床疗效及对舌象客观指标的影响

Clinical efficacy of Yiqi Fuyuan Herbal Paste intervention for qi deficiency constitution and its effect on the objective indicator of tongue diagnosis image

目的:观察益气复元膏方干预气虚质患者的临床疗效及对舌象客观化指标的影响。方法:纳入气虚质45例,对照组15例,治疗组30例,两组均给予气虚质相关饮食、运动、睡眠等健康指导,治疗组加服益气复元膏方,每次20 g,每日2次,疗程60 d。干预前后,对两组受试者进行中医体质辨识;采集舌诊图像,并通过HSV和LAB色彩模型分析舌色和苔色客观指标的变化。结果:与干预前比较,治疗组干预后除喜静懒言因子外,其余7项气虚质症状因子及气虚质评分均显著降低(P<0.01),且显著低于同期对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与干预前比较,治疗组干预后舌色HSV-S、Lab-A、Lab-B值显著减小(P<0.01);苔色HSV-S、Lab-B值显著降低(P<0.01),Lab-L值显著增高(P<0.05)。结论:益气复元膏方干预气虚质有较好的临床疗效;HSV和LAB色彩模型对舌象客观指标的分析能反映干预后舌象的改善,可为中医体质调理客观化疗效评价方法的进一步研究提供参考。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Fuyuan herbal paste intervention for qi deficiency constitution and the characteristics of changes in the objective indexes of Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis.Methods:A total of 45 cases of qi deficiency were included,15 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.Both groups were given health guidance on diet,exercise and sleep related to qi deficiency,and the treatment group was given an additional formula of Yiqi Fuyuan Herbal Paste,20 g each time,twice daily for 60 d.Before and after the intervention,the subjects in both groups were identified by TCM constitution;tongue diagnosis images were collected and changes in objective indicators of tongue and moss color were analyzed by HSV and LAB color models.Results:Compared with the pre-intervention period,all seven qi deficiency symptoms and qi deficiency constitution scores were significantly lower in the treatment group(P<0.01) than in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),with the exception of the factor of being quiet and lazy in speech.Compared with the pre-intervention period,the tongue color HSV-S,Lab-A,and Lab-B values were significantly reduced in the treatment group after the intervention(P<0.01).The moss color HSV-S and Lab-B values were significantly lower(P<0.01) and Lab-L values were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Fuyuan Herbal Paste intervention for qi deficiency has good clinical efficacy.The analysis of objective indicators of tongue image by HSV and LAB color model can show the improvement of tongue image after the intervention,which can provide a reference for further research on the objectified efficacy evaluation method of TCM constitution conditioning.
