摘要
目的:通过采集分析人在不同状态下的足底压力数据,探究调息训练对人体平衡能力的调节效应。方法:招募符合标准的受试者74人,分成对照组和试验组,每组37人。对照组接受三圆式站桩调身训练,试验组接受三圆式站桩调身配合调息训练。两组干预周期8周,其中集中训练2周,辅导培训6周。采集两组受试者训练前后在睁眼、闭眼状态下双足、单足的足底压力重心数据,包括移动轨迹总长度(TTW)、包络曲线椭圆面积(EA)、足底压力重心在左右方向的最大位移量(Delta X)、足底压力重心在前后方向的最大位移量(Delta Y)。结果:在睁眼状态下,试验组双足站立时Delta X显著小于对照组(P<0.05);在闭眼状态下,试验组双足站立时EA、Delta X、Delta Y显著小于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:调息训练可以有效的提高人体的平衡能力。
Objective:Through the collection and analysis of plantar pressure data in different conditions,in order to explore breath adjustment effect on balance capacity.Methods:A total of 74 subjects who met the criteria were recruited,and were divided into control group and experimental group,with 37 subjects in each group.The control group received three-circle station pile adjustment training,and the experimental group received three-circle station pile adjustment and breath adjustment training.The intervention cycle was 8 weeks,including 2 weeks of centralized training and 6 weeks of counseling training.The plantar pressure center of gravity data of the two groups of subjects before and after the training were collected,including the data of both feet and one foot under the condition of eyes-open and eyes-closed.Including total traveled way(TTW),ellipse area(EA),foot pressure center of gravity in the left and right directions(Delta X),and foot pressure center of gravity in the forward and rear directions(Delta Y).Results:In the eyes-open condition with both feet standing,Delta X of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the eyes-closed condition with both feet standing,EA,Delta X and Delta Y were significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Breath adjustment training can effectively improve the balance capacity of human body.
