机电一体化中的电机保护与控制技术分析

摘要 近年来,随着我国科技水平的提高,机电一体化技术日趋完善,在全面提升生产效率、机械系统性能和节能属性方面效果显著,逐渐成为机电领域发展的新潮流,也将成为振兴我国机电工业的必然选择。机电一体化系统在运行期间,现场环境与作业条件一般较为复杂,同时受人为操作、设备自身老化、电磁干扰等因素的影响,容易出现运行故障,影响设备运行。以电机保护控制作为切入点,结合工作经验,详细阐述和分析了现代机电一体化项目中常用的电机保护技术和控制技术,旨在帮助企业开拓技术应用思路,为制订科学合理、符合实际生产需要的电机保护和控制方案提供参考,以保证电机的安全稳定运行。 In recent years, with the improvement of China’s scientific and technological level, electromechanical integration technology is becoming more and more perfect. Electromechanical integration is conducive to the overall improvement of production efficiency, mechanical system performance, and energy-saving properties. It is gradually becoming a new trend in the development of the electromechanical field. It will also become an inevitable choice for the revitalization of China’s electromechanical industry. However, during the operation of a mechatronics system, the site environment, and operating conditions are generally complex, are affected by human operation, equipment aging,electromagnetic interference, and other factors are often easy to operate failures that affect equipment operation.Therefore, the paper takes motor protection and control as the starting point and combines its own working experience to elaborate and analyze the motor protection technology and control technology commonly used in modern electromechanical integration projects. The purpose is to help enterprises establish a clear idea of developing technology applications, provide a reference for formulating a scientific and reasonable motor protection and control scheme that meets the actual production needs, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the motor.
