摘要
本文基于现有研究、实地考察和专家访谈,提出长江中游城市群科技服务综合评价指标体系。通过对江西省、湖北省和湖南省相关单位的问卷调查,运用层次分析法,测算评价体系中的各指标权重,并依据结果分析各项指标的重要性,以期为长江中游城市群的科技服务综合评价及其平台建设提供量化标准。
Based on the existing studies, field investigation and expert interviews, this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index system of scientific and technological services for urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Through the questionnaire survey of relevant departments in Jiangxi, Hubei and Hunan provinces, the weight of each indicator in the evaluation system is calculated by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the importance of each indicator is analyzed according to the results. It is aimed at providing a quantitative standard for the comprehensive evaluation of scientific and technological services and the platform construction in the city clusters of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
