竞争情报助力科技型中小企业科技创新的作用机制研究

A Research on the Working Mechanism of Competitive Intelligence for Promoting the Technological Innovation of Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises

科技型中小企业是科技创新的重要载体,在推动科技成果转化、强化企业创新地位、把握未来科技发展趋势等方面发挥着重要作用。针对科技型中小企业的特点及其面临的主要问题和挑战进行分析,建立科技创新过程模型,对科技创新的阶段成果、创新环境进行分析和研究,基于此建立竞争情报基本流程,从供给主体、供给方法、企业内外部需求的角度对竞争情报供给和需求情况进行分析,提出竞争情报助力科技型中小企业科技创新过程和科技创新环境的作用机制。

Small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation, play a vital role in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, strengthening the innovative position of enterprises, and grasping the future development trend of science and technology. According to the characteristics of small and mediumsized technology-based enterprises and the main problems and challenges they are facing, this paper establishes a model of technological innovation process, and analyzes the stage achievements and innovation environment of technological innovation. Then it establishes the basic process of competitive intelligence as a way to analyze the supply and demand of competitive intelligence in terms of main providers, supply methods and internal and external demand of enterprises. Eventually it puts forward the working mechanism of competitive intelligence that can help the technological innovation process and innovation environment of small and medium-sized technological enterprises.
