摘要
科学设置科技创新指标,研究制定未来中长期指标发展目标,是聚焦江西科技创新重点发展方向和监测评价“创新江西”建设成效的重要手段。本文摸清江西主要科技创新指标现状,以国家创新型试点省份和中部六省为参考,对比分析,找出差距,对主要科技创新指标未来发展趋势进行分析与预判,以期为政府部门科技管理决策提供参考与借鉴。
It is an important means to focus on the key development direction of the scientific and technological innovation in Jiangxi Province, and to monitor and evaluate the construction effect of“Innovative Jiangxi”by setting scientific and technological innovation indicators and formulating the medium-and long-term goals for future indicator development. This paper makes clear the current situation of the main scientific and technological innovation indicators in Jiangxi Province and takes the national innovative pilot provinces and the six central provinces as reference to make a comparative analysis and find out the gap. Then it analyzes and predicts the future development trend of the main scientific and technological innovation indicators, hoping to provide reference for government departments to make decisions on their scientific and technological management.
