意识形态安全视角下的元宇宙空间治理初探

A Tentative Discussion on the Space Governance of Metaverse from the Perspective of Ideological Security

元宇宙作为与现实世界高度互通的“平行世界”,对国家安全的影响面甚广,尤其对意识形态安全的影响机制隐蔽而复杂。元宇宙实质是人类意识活动在虚实之间的跨界外化,维护虚实交织之下的广义社会稳定,群体的意识形态要素自然成为元宇宙空间治理的关键。探究此种外化的非传统安全特性,有助于在元宇宙初代即为意识形态安全展开布局,既能提早筹划意识形态安全的风险防控,做到意识形态安全与时俱进;又可抓住元宇宙空间治理机遇,以国际化视野推进意识形态安全,不断致力于做大、做强中国主流意识形态。

As a parallel world that is highly interconnected with the real world,the metaverse has a wide impact on the national security,especially for the hidden and complex impact on the ideological security.The essence of the metaverse is the cross-border externalization of human consciousness activities between the virtual and the real.Therefore,the ideological elements of the group naturally become the key to governance of the meta universe in order to maintain the broad social stability under the virtual and the real.Exploring this kind of externalized non-traditional security feature will help to lay out the ideological security in the primordial metaverse.It can not only make plans of risk prevention and control of ideological security in advance,as well as making the ideological security keep pace with the times,but also seize the opportunity of metaverse governance to promote ideological security from an international perspective,and constantly strive to expand and strengthen China’s mainstream ideology.
