西沟矿无人露天铲运系统研究

摘要 本文通过西沟矿智能化矿山无人露天铲运系统介绍,研究通过自动驾驶、设备急停、高精定位、5G网络、边缘计算、车铲联运等关键技术,初步实现露天石灰石矿的远程遥控铲装,自卸矿用卡车自主装卸、自主寻迹驾驶,智能避障等,实现以铲为中心的车铲联动运行,以及远程“无人化”开采,结果表明:集端、网、云为一体的智能化矿山无人露天铲运系统方案可行,可实现减员降本、提质增效的目的,为后续西沟矿采面无人化生产大规模推广探明了道路。 This paper introduces the intelligent unmanned open-pit scraper system in Xigou Mine and studies the key technologies such as automatic driving,emergency stop of equipment,high precision positioning,5G network,edge computing and vehicle-shovel combined transportation to preliminarily realize the remote control of the open-pit limestone mine shovel loading,the autonomous loading and unloading of self-unloading mining truck,autonomous tracking and driving,intelligent obstacle avoidance etc.,and realize the linkage operation of the shovel-centered truck and shovel,and remote unmanned mining.The results show that integrated terminal,network,cloud intelligent mine unmanned oprn-pit scraper system project is feasible,which can achieve the purpose of reducing workers,reducing costs,improving quality and increasing efficiency,and has proved the way for the follow-up large-scale promotion of unmanned production in the mining face in Xigou Mine.
