本文通过炉眼泥套的研究和制作,并对开堵眼机炮头进行匹配性改造,调整堵眼工艺,有效提高了堵眼质量,解决炉眼氧化、侵蚀严重等问题,延长了炉眼使用寿命。同时,能有效降低炉眼修复次数,降低职工劳动强度和修复费用。

In this paper,through the research and production of the taphole clay,the matching transformation of the nozzle of the hole plugging machine,and the adjustment of the hole plugging process,the quality of the taphole plugging is effectively improved,the problems of oxidation and serious erosion of the taphole are solved,and the taphole service life is prolonged.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the number of taphole repairs and reduce the labor intensity and repair costs.
