摘要
本文通过对三制氧1#空分采用自动变负荷技术,应用模型预测控制技术,使得空分装置变负荷过程中各工艺参数有机匹配,空分在满足产品指标、工况稳定的前提下实现大范围、快速、自动变负荷。
In this paper,the automatic variable load technology and model predictive control technology are adopted for the 1#air separation unit of three-generation oxygen system,and the process parameters are matched organically in the variable load process of the air separation unit,the air separation system can realize large-scale,fast and automatic load changing under the premise of satisfying the product index and stable working condition.
