摘要 在新时代背景下,探索教师教育体系建设成为重中之重。教师教育体系建设结合国内外潮流,历经新民主主义革命时期的初兴阶段、社会主义革命和建设时期的恢复与重建阶段,再到改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期与转型阶段,当前进入中国特色社会主义新时代的深度优化与革新阶段。这一系列阶段,呈现从保量到保质、从借鉴到创新、从结果到过程的新动态。然而,深入探讨教师教育体系的行动理路,还存在许多实践之困,包括教师教育体系机制不规范、教师教育体系供需不平衡、教师教育体系转型的科学论证不足以及教师教育体系设计不完善等问题。因此,党的十九大报告提出进入新时代之后,高质量教师教育体系需要进一步规范化,以完善相应的教师教育保障体系,健全多元主体的教育管理治理体系,以及构建多元的教师专业发展和终身学习体系,努力创设新时代高质量教师教育体系。 Under the background of the new era, exploring the construction of teacher education system has become the top priority.Combined with the domestic and national trends, the construction of the teacher education system has gone through the initial stage of the new democratic revolution period, the recovery and reconstruction stage of the socialist revolution and construction period, and then to the reform and transformation stage of the reform and opening up and socialist modernization period, and the current transition to the deep optimization and innovation stage in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This series of stages presents new dynamics from quantity to quality, from reference to innovation, and from result to process.However, there are still many practical difficulties in the in-depth discussion of the action theory of the teacher education system, including the irregularity of the system, the imbalance between supply and demand of the teacher education system, the lack of scientific proof of transformation, and the imperfect design of the teacher education system.Therefore, in the new era proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the high-quality teacher education system needs to be further standardized to improve the corresponding teacher education guarantee system, and amulti-subject education management and governance system should be constructed in an effort to create a high-quality teacher education system in the new era.
