我国中小学少数民族文字教材建设的回顾与展望

摘要 少数民族文字教材是民族地区实施民族语言教学的主要载体,承载着贯彻党和国家意志、实践民族政策、促进民族团结、增强中华民族文化认同、传承少数民族文化、提升民族地区教育质量的使命。目前,民文教材与国家通用语教材相比仍存在较大差距,制约了民族教育质量的进一步提升,民文教材的建设、管理机制和政策需要顺应国家新的教材管理体制进行调整。新时代民文教材建设得到了党和国家的高度重视,应铸牢中华民族共同体意识,把握教材建设的根本导向;着力提升民文教材质量,牢记建设人民满意教材的初心使命;加强民文教材制度建设,推动教材建设规范化、科学化发展。 Ethnic Minority Textbooks are the main carrier of minority language teaching in the ethnic minority areas, which takes on the mission of implementing the will of the Communist Party of China and the state, implements ethnic policies, promotes ethnic unity, enhances the cultural identity of the Chinese nation, inherits ethnic minority cultures, and improves the quality of education in ethnic minority areas.At present, there is still a large gap between ethnic minority textbooks and the national common language textbooks, which restricts the further improvement of the quality of ethnic education.The construction, management mechanism and policy of ethnic language textbooks need to be adjusted in accordance with the new national textbook management system.And the construction of ethnic minority textbooks in the new era has been highly valued by the party and the state.It is necessary to forge a strong sense of community of the Chinese nation and grasp the fundamental orientation of textbook construction;improve the quality of ethnic minority textbooks and remember the original mission of building textbooks that the people are satisfied with;strengthen the construction of ethnic minority textbook system and promote the standardized and scientific development of textbook construction.
