Educational Informatization Promotes the High-quality Development of Basic Education:Logic, Dilemma and Path

进入新时代以来,基础教育高质量发展被提升至前所未有的高度。在不断强调“融合育人”、“终身育人”以及“智能育人”的现实背景下,教育信息化作为促进优质资源高效共享和均衡配置的有效手段,将在育人理念、育人模式、育人格局等方面为基础教育高质量发展提供起点、过程与结果的支撑。然而,由于我国教育信息化“起步晚、发展快”等原因,教育信息化促进基础教育高质量发展面临的问题为:定位不明,育人机制不健全;资源分配不均,“数字鸿沟”大;研究能力薄弱,实际成效不足。而重抓顶层建设、着重建设基础设施、加强教师培育以及重视多学科交叉融合与示范研究是教育信息化促进基础教育高质量发展的重要途径。

Since entering the new era, the high-quality development of basic education has been promoted to an unprecedented height.Under the realistic background of constantly emphasizing “integrated education ”,“lifelong education” and “intelligent education ”,educational informatization, as an effective means to promote the efficient sharing and balanced allocation of high-quality resources, will provide the starting point, process and result support for the high-quality development of basic education in terms of education concept, education mode and education pattern.However, due to the “late start and rapid development” of educational informatization in China, the orientation of educational informatization to promote the high-quality development of basic education is still unclear, and the educational mechanism is not perfect;the distribution of resources is uneven and the digital divide is still large;the research ability is weak, and the actual effect is insufficient.Paying attention to the top-level construction, focusing on the infrastructure construction, strengthening teacher training, attaching importance to the interdisciplinary integration and demonstration research are important ways to break the barriers of educational informatization to promote the high-quality development of basic education.
