“双向资源依赖”下我国后发企业市场导向的行为倾向研究

Research on the Market-oriented Behavior Tendency of Latecomer Enterprises Based on the Bidirectional Dependence of Resources

在“双向资源依赖”的背景下,后发企业的市场导向行为选择对后发企业的发展至关重要。本文通过分析外部资源依赖关系以及企业自身能力对后发企业市场导向影响,运用政策捕获方法通过准实验的方法获取实验数据,应用似不相关回归检验决策影响因素对市场导向行为倾向的作用。研究结论表明:我国后发企业表现出对反应型市场导向的行为主倾向;当后发企业研发能力较强时,后发企业表现出明显的积极型市场倾向;企业创造需求的能力较强,后发企业表现出双元性选择倾向。研究以资源依赖理论逻辑为市场导向研究提供了新的视角,同时发展了双元性理论。

The bidirectional dependence of resources is an important external relation,and how to correctly balance,make decision the marker orientation become the focuses for latecomers.We take empirical research on the influence of external factors and internal capability on the market orientation of latecomers.we get 630 experimental data by a quasi-experimental approach—policy capturing and test hypothesis by SUR.The results show that:(1)the dominated preference of latecomer is responsive market orientation and it is significantly related to most factors;(2)when the latecomer’s R&D capability is strong,they prefer proactive market orientation;(3)when the latecomer’s capability to create customer demand is strong,they try to strike a balance between the market orientation of the two dimensions.This research puts Latecomers’market orientation into the bidirectional resource dependence,it provides a new perspective for the research of Latecomers,as well as develops the theory of organizational ambidexterity.
